Some of the best food I have ever eaten in Portland. A lil pricey ($33 for a tiny steak) but every bite was worth it. The place had very friendly servers and a rad atmosphere. The architecture is something out of a Stanley Cubric film. It was nauseating at first walking around, but like anything you get used to it.
